Meet Buddy

Buddy, neutered Male Shih Tzu , born approx 2010

Buddy is 15-18 years old, and needed emergency placement. He has limited vision/hearing and there was no history of any vet care at all so we were unsure of what else we would find. He's safe now and that's what matters.
