My Story

Callie (Calypso) has returned.

In the middle of January 2021 a cat was abandoned on sanctuary property. She was left in a crate, with kibble, covered in towels. We found the crate tucked in behind some random unused stuff we had in our back driveway. She was freezing. And terrified.

Our vet guessed she was a year or two old. We spayed, vaccinated and microchipped her and adopted her out in the spring of 2021. Her person is no longer able to care for her so Callie was returned yesterday. She's settling in ok.
