My Story
This is Demi . Shes got an irregular heart beat and looks a little rough but trust me, girl has some SPICE. Blue is not a huge fan of people and prefers to avoid them. Maybe she hasn’t known many nice ones.
Our vet was able to get her beak near its normal size. Chickens normally wear down their own beaks when they do normal chicken activities like pecking the ground, beak rubbing etc. The beak is mostly made up of bone, an extension of the jaw, covered in a layer of keratin. Keratin is what makes up our hair and fingernails.
