My Story

Meet our newest Saint!

Ruth is 16+ years old. Transferred from New Westminster Animal Shelter, she is a bit overwhelmed tonight. Ruth is very shy and was struggling in the shelter environment. Nobody is looking to adopt cats like Ruth in the best of times.

She is hyperthyroid and underweight, but New West caught right it away and medications were started. She should be feeling better soon. No doubt she has a story to tell. We hope she will find comfort with us and that this next chapter is one of her best.

Take all the time you need Ruth. We will be here when you are ready.
