My Story

Annie was a sweet and funny chicken who was loved dearly by SAINTS staff and volunteers, and by her small bird family in the MP Room aviary.

Here's an excerpt that Erin, SAINTS' Assistant Manager, wrote the day that Annie passed away:

"Today we said goodbye to our wonderful hen Annie. She seemed uncomfortable this morning and on xray the vet found a mass in her abdomen. We had to let her go. Annie was such a fun girl, she truly had sparkling personality, and lots of it. Until we meet again Annie, you sweet parkour chicken"
