My Story

Atlanta was transferred to us from @surreyanimalresourcecentre. The xrays from her vet appointment showed her lung tissue has opaque rather than black like it should be in a 6 year old cat. The vet has given her a steroid injection but without improvement in the next 24-36 hours our options will be limited. Atlanta has suffered some kind of trauma as she has very minimal movement in her back end. Not fully paralyzed but is unable to stand or walk. If we can, we will get the breathing under control. Then we can look at testing and/or treating the rest of her. Atlanta could really use your good thoughts. Prognosis is guarded at best right now.
