My Story
Lisa arrived at SAINTS as an owner surrender, bringing with her some ongoing health challenges. She suffers from fecal water syndrome, which is managed by completely removing long stem hay from her diet and replacing with hay cube mash 10x a day. Additionally, she has Cushing's disease.
At SAINTS, Lisa holds a prominent role as our top mare and oversees all the equines with authority. Despite her health issues, she is more inclined towards human companionship than socializing with other horses. Lisa enjoys attention and affection from her human friends
