My Story

Mosley was a stray who had been trapped at a construction site and brought to the Surrey shelter. Their vet diagnosed Mosley with mega colon, and there was no possibility of treatment or managing this issue without a colectomy. Poor Mosley was backing up constantly, needing enemas every few days. How he could he have possibly managed to be alone out in the world with this issue? Poor guy! The vet clinic agreed to work with SAINTS, and kept him in their care until the surgery could be done, and until he was on his way to recovery. Shelagh was nice enough to pick up Mosley this morning and bring him to us. Mosley has been to hell and back. Hopefully he will continue to heal and have a decent quality of life, whether he can ever control bowel movements or not.

Mosley is only six years old.
