Meet Pepe!

Pepe was found abandoned at a vet clinic, left in a crate with a note. He was then transferred to a local shelter, where they immediately began searching for a rescue placement. At 17 years old, Pepe arrived underweight and in need of arthritis pain management. Though tiny in size, his heart is full of sweetness. He has since found a loving foster home where he is receiving the dedicated care and attention he needs.
