My Story

Sheldon came to SAINTS in August 2019. He had been hanging out in someone's yard, and the kind-hearted homeowners knew he needed a safe place to go. Domestic bunnies are not equipped to survive long in the wild; people like to think they adapt, but that is very rarely the case.

Unlike so many bunnies that sadly perish in the wilderness, Sheldon is happy and safe at SAINTS. He has a warm place to sleep, a secure space to enjoy fresh air and playtime, and never has to go without delicious timothy hay and tasty treats to munch on.

Every animal, given the right home, could be placed in foster care or adopted. To find out if one of our animals could be a fit for you, please email adoptions@saintsrescue.ca to start a conversation
