The dogs are nice & warm a again.
The fireplace works just fine The control is the problem and the new one didn't seem to work with that stove. I will get what I need to fix it at work and will come back then. For now if you cannot get it to turn on take the front cover off and turn the swicth to on and make the contact touch, then replace the cover.
