Carol · Dec. 3, 2012
‘Tis the season to get festive! The Pet Shop Boys are getting in the holiday spirit and our theme this year is giving back! We have partnered up with Walks & Wags pet first aid and are running a charity drive to support SAINTS an amazing rescue association based out of Mission, BC. From December 1st to 15th , 2012 we are asking the community to dig deep and donate used or un- wanted items like: Dog Food, Beds, Leashes, Collars and blankets. Please bring them to us here at The Pet Shop Boys – 3080 Cambie Street during store hours for drop off.
Not only are we running an amazing charity drive with Walks & Wags we will also be ringing in the holiday season Pet Shop Boys style and going Christmas glam with a magical Winter Wonderland themed phoDOGraphy fundraiser! Our fabulous professional phoDOGrapher Tiffany Cooper will be in the shop from 11am to 5pm Sunday, December 9th, 2012 taking the photos for a minimum donation to SAINTS of $20.00. Be sure to have your Christmas event train make a stop at our Winter Wonderland! Its such a great way to personalize a Christmas card, surprise a loved one, or even capture an image for an ornament for your tree.
The photo sessions are approximately 10 minutes long and can include furry as well as human family members! Please bring a USB stick so we can send you home with your pooch’s fabulous pictures. At the event we will also be offering by donation holiday PAWdicures with all proceeds going to SAINTS as well! Go big or go home we say!!
