she was one of the classy chick battery hens who started failing a few months ago. when we pulled her out of the coop to live in the rabbit room, I didn't expect her to live long. but she did pretty good, stayed fluffed up and frail but surprised me with her determination to continue to live. she was happy and safe and comfortable with Crosby and jingles. I am happy we got that new house and outside area done so she could enjoy her friends and the warm sunshine for the last bit of her days.
rest in peace little fluff-ball, I think she did enjoy living at saints.
So sorry to hear about Fluff. She was a sweet girl, and pretty feisty for being such a frail chicken. She certainly enjoyed her friendship with Crosby and Jingles. Run free, Fluff......
