Dionne said she was fine this morning but she suddenly died without warning around noon today. she was almost 9 years old which is beyond ancient for a de-beaked, de-clawed, arthritic and partially blind commercially bred, meat turkey. such a great hearted girl.
rest in peace Crosby, I know it was your time and this past year has been hard on you but I wish you had stayed a little longer...we were going to build you your very own new and improved front porch this week..i know you would have liked that.
