we are very sad to report the passing of one of our dear foster dogs.

saatchi came to us a few years ago, he suffered from addisons disease and a chronic sodium imbalance. luckily saatchi caught the eyes and hearts of kristen and alex. they fell in love with him and he fell in love with them and it became one of our happily ever after stories. saatchi was getting up there for an addisons dog, i think he was about 9 or 10 this year. over the weekend he suddenly dislocated his hip and his family rushed him into The Animal Emergency Hospital of the Fraser Valley and it was discovered that besides the hip injury, he was hiding severe bilateral hip dysplagia, and two really bad knees. it was too much to try to surgically repair esp with his underlying addisons disease and with the dislocated hip, saatchi was in severe pain. the decision was made to allow him to pass peacefully.
huge thanks to kristen and alex for loving this sweet, sweet boy so well. he was a great dog.
our deepest condolences for your very sad loss of this wonderful soul.
