My Story
In 2018 the NWTSPCA was finally able to remove the very last two dogs
from an awful hourding situation. Nadia and Vera are strongly bonded,
under-socialized young girls, likely daughters or possibly
grand-daughters of either Airabelle (RIP) or Clover (RIP)
Nadia
and Vera's arrival was a happy event for them (though it took them a
while to realize it) and also for sweet Clover who had recently lost her
Mom. The three together, along with Ella and Johnny Cash, and some of
our other larger "different/special" dogs, are good friends who spend
their days sharing communal space as well as enjoying super fun outdoor
runs by the pond.
