My Story

Meet WangWang (pronounced Wong Wong), whose name means "King" in Chinese. WangWang was surrendered by a family who had tried their best to ensure he lived a normal, pain-free life, but eventually exhausted their options. Fortunately, WangWang found sanctuary at SAINTS, where specialized care is our specialty.

WangWang requires intensive medical attention, including expensive medications and hands-on care. His treatment regimen includes both oral and topical medications, a strict diet, and constant monitoring due to a complex medical condition called perianal fistula. In 2024, he underwent a TPLO surgery, costing $6000 per leg, to repair a cruciate ligament. He has successfully completed one surgery and is recovering well, which will enable him to continue enjoying his favorite activities—running around and playing—for several more years.

SAINTS provides WangWang with the comprehensive care he needs to live comfortably and happily. He is cherished for his resilient spirit and the joy he brings to everyone around him.
