teddy's first day
yes you can buy over the counter cough medicine with codeine and I will be taking some tonight and hopefully sleeping relatively cough free.

i took a break from sleeping.
I was cheerfully sleeping til only a half an hour later... I coughed myself awake again. arghh. teddy is sleeping...lucky little bugger.

just for the record...
Nyquil does not give you a perfect cough free sleep. I am going to hit pharmacy today for some cough medicine with codeine.
