yes you can buy over the counter cough medicine with codeine and I will be taking some tonight and hopefully sleeping relatively cough free.

i took a break from sleeping.

I was cheerfully sleeping til only a half an hour later... I coughed myself awake again. arghh. teddy is sleeping...lucky little bugger.
