what tom likes

giving and getting kisses, fancy feast cat food, sleeping on a lap with his head tucked under a warm arm, cookies (any kind), pizza, magic bags and milk duds.

how do you mend a broken heart?

you don't because hearts don't break. they get hurt, and lonely and afraid and hopeless and confused, but they don't break.

i might either have to shoot cole, or renovate the dog room.

killing cole would be easier, sigh. he has taken to laying in front of the fire at night. it is the perfect picture of retired dog in heaven.
